SAEDE For you who has tried everything.

Begin

Perhaps you have already been tested, and everything came back fine.

Perhaps you have not, and you are only beginning to wonder. Either way, you know your own body, and you know that something is not as it should be.

You may have bought the serums. Read the labels. Tried the thing your friend swore by, and the thing the internet swore by. That space, between everything you have tried and everything you were promised, is a lonely one to stand in. Saede is the help that meets you there.

When you lose your hair, you can lose a little of yourself with it. We know that feeling, and we know how quietly it is usually carried.

Saede is here to help you find your way back to yourself. There is always hope — and you do not have to work it out alone.

Full-dose support for women facing hair loss, chronic stress, and the hormonal imbalance underneath it.

The words nobody gave you

Androgenetic alopecia. DHT.

It is the most common cause of hair loss in women, and most of us are never given the name for it.

Female pattern hair loss

Not another biotin supplement.

Most hair supplements are built around biotin and a handful of vitamins. They are made for hair that is thinning because something is missing from the diet. That is one cause — and in women, it is rarely the main one.

Female pattern hair loss — androgenetic alopecia — works differently. It comes down to how your follicles respond to androgens, and to DHT in particular: a hormone your body converts from testosterone. Follicles sensitive to it produce finer, shorter hairs with each cycle, until eventually they stop. It usually shows first at the parting and the temples, and it very often arrives alongside stress, hormonal shifts, or the years after a difficult period.

It affects an enormous number of women, and it remains strikingly under-researched compared with the same condition in men. Which is why so much of what is sold to us is a vitamin with good packaging.

Saede is formulated around those mechanisms instead: the androgen pathway, the cortisol and stress side, the hormonal and metabolic picture underneath, and the nutrients hair is actually built from — all at the amounts the research used.

We looked for a single product that did all of it for women, and we could not find one. So we are making it.

Not a general hair vitamin. A supplement made specifically for women living with female pattern hair loss. If this is what you have been searching for, you can stop looking.

Saede is a food supplement, formulated for women with androgenetic alopecia. It is support alongside proper medical care, not a replacement for it — androgenetic alopecia is a medical condition, so please see a doctor about it too.

I was coming out of the shower to my mother with my arms full of hair, sobbing. Look at this. I don't know what to do. I'm so scared.

Sonja, founder of Saede

My story

Saede is not a brand that found a gap in a market. It is one woman building the thing she spent years, and a great deal of money, trying to assemble for herself — because nobody would help her do it.

Nobody ever gave her the words androgenetic alopecia. Without them, she could not even search. It took a stranger on TikTok, at the end of her degree, to say the one thing every doctor had left out.

The whole picture

You are not fighting separate battles. You are fighting one system out of balance.

Hair loss. Acne. Gut issues. Irregular or painful cycles. Anxiety. PCOS. Most women are told these are five separate problems with five separate answers, sent to five different specialists, and handed five things that each treat one symptom.

They are not five problems. So often they trace back to the same roots: chronic stress and cortisol, hormonal and androgen imbalance, and the nutrient gaps underneath. No one connected the dots for you. We do.

The roots

  • Chronic stress and cortisol.
  • Hormonal and androgen imbalance.
  • The nutrient gaps underneath.
  • Hair loss
  • Acne
  • Gut issues
  • Painful or irregular cycles
  • Anxiety
  • PCOS

Saede is built for the centre of this diagram, not the edges.

Your body is not the enemy. It is asking for help.

We at Saede are here to help you understand it.

The difference

Everything you need.

Most supplements list impressive ingredients, then use amounts too small to do very much. A long label sells well. A full dose costs more to make.

Saede is built the other way round: twenty ingredients across two products, at the amounts used in the research, so you are not left assembling the answer yourself from ten different bottles.

Every dose is published on this site, which is not something you can say of most of the shelf.

01

Our ingredients

Saw palmetto at 320 mg. Pumpkin seed oil at 400 mg. Ashwagandha at 600 mg. Myo-inositol at 4 g. These are the amounts the research actually used, written into our manufacturing specification so the formula stays what we say it is.

02

Open about everything

Every ingredient, every amount, why we chose it, and the studies behind it — including where the research is still thin, and where a trial was done in men rather than women. You can check all of it.

03

One system, not fifteen bottles

A complete daily routine, so you are not researching, ordering and re-ordering from four different countries. That was the problem. This is the answer to it.

The Saede duo: the Hero capsule jar with a brushed gold lid beside the Support powder pouch, on pale silk.

The duo

Every hero needs support.

Two products, made to be taken together. Saede Hero is the daily capsule, the main character, working on the root causes. Saede Support is the trusted partner beside it, carrying the gram doses that cannot fit in a capsule.

  • Saede Hero — twelve ingredients, one capsule, with breakfast
  • Saede Support — eight ingredients, one scoop, into coffee, water or yogurt
  • Twenty ingredients in total, every amount published
  • Made in the EU, tested batch by batch
Three fronts, one system

Hair loss in women is rarely one problem. So Saede does not work on one thing.

The same formula works on all three at once, because in the body they were never separate to begin with.

The androgen pathway

Saw palmetto, pumpkin seed oil and nettle root, at the amounts used in the research — chosen for the DHT side of female pattern hair loss, which is where most hair supplements never go.

Stress and cortisol

Ashwagandha at 600 mg, the amount used in the research on cortisol. Stress is one of the three roots, and it is the one almost every hair supplement ignores entirely.

The hormonal and metabolic picture

Myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol at 4 g in the 40:1 ratio: the most-researched nutritional ingredient in women with PCOS, studied for insulin sensitivity and blood sugar as well as hormonal balance.

Ingredients & science

Twenty ingredients. Every dose published.

No proprietary blends. No hiding behind the word 'complex'. For each ingredient we tell you the exact amount, why it is in there in plain language, and then we link you to the actual research so you can check us.

Including the four cards where the honest answer is that the evidence is thinner than we would like. Those notes cost us sales. We are keeping them.

Made in the EU

One system, in two pieces.

Everything below is what it costs to assemble this yourself, one bottle at a time.

The honest maths

What it would cost you to build this yourself.

Not the theoretical cheapest price, found across four websites over a month. What it actually costs to put nineteen products in a basket, pay shipping on them, and have them arrive.

Building it yourself, one bottle at a time

€360 – €400+

Nineteen separate products from other EU premium brands, bought individually to approximate the same blend — plus delivery on each of them.

Saede Hero + Saede Support

€99

Both products, delivered together every 28 days

We give you the full doses you need, so you can stop looking for more.

Most support protocols leave a gap. You buy the hair supplement, then find you also need iron, then collagen, then something for the hormonal side — four purchases, four delivery charges, and no way of knowing whether the amounts add up. Saede is built as the whole thing: the androgen pathway, the stress and cortisol side, the hormonal picture underneath, and the nutrients hair is built from. One system, nothing left for you to work out.

How it works

Real results take time.

Hair grows on its own schedule, and the women who see a change are the ones who stay with it. Here is what that usually looks like.

Months 1 – 3

The quiet work

Your body starts filling in what it has been short of. The first thing most women notice is less hair in the brush and in the shower — a small change, but a real one, and usually the earliest sign that something is shifting.

Months 3 – 6

You start to see it

Around three months is when the first change usually shows: fine new hairs coming through along the parting and the hairline. They are soft and easy to miss at first — which is why it is worth taking a photo at the start, so you have something honest to compare against.

Month 6 and beyond

Fuller, and worth keeping

By six months there is usually something you can genuinely see, and something other people notice too. Staying with it is what protects it — the roots we are working on do not disappear, so neither does the support.

This is why Saede is built as a system rather than a single bottle.

Give it the full course. That is when it works, and it is the most useful thing we can tell you.

Membership

Not a bottle you buy once. A system you join.

Delivered to your door every 28 days, at the best price, with the deeper guidance and the community that make it actually work.

And an account built so you can leave in two clicks. No phone call, no retention script, no hidden button — we would rather you could go easily than have to trap you.

Open to everyone, member or not. What is actually going on underneath, what to ask your doctor to test, and honest write-ups of the options that are not us — including the medical ones.

Questions

The things worth asking before you buy anything.

When does Saede actually launch?

We are not selling yet. The formula is with our manufacturer for technical and regulatory sign-off, and we are not going to start taking money before the testing is done and the doses are confirmed against EU limits.

We would rather be late than launch something we have to quietly water down. Leave your email on the launch list and we will write to you when it is ready — that is the only thing we will use it for.

How long before I see anything?

Most women notice the first changes around three months, with fuller results by six. Usually the first thing to change is not new growth — it is less hair in the shower drain and on the brush.

Hair grows slowly. It is biology, not marketing, and no supplement can move faster than a hair follicle. Anyone promising you results in three weeks is selling you something.

Why do you ask for three months minimum?

Because a single month does nothing measurable, and we would rather lose the sale than take your money for a bottle we know is too short to help.

Three months is the shortest honest course. It is also roughly when the hair growth cycle gives you something to actually look at. The women who stop at six weeks are the ones who conclude nothing works — and we have both been there.

If a recurring payment is the part you do not want, the three-month starter bundle is the same course paid once, with nothing to cancel.

Should I get my blood tested first?

If you can, yes — and we will keep saying it even though it means some of you will discover you need something other than us.

Ask for ferritin specifically, not just a standard haemoglobin check: ferritin shows your iron stores, and it is the one most often left off. Worth adding: full thyroid function, vitamin D, and — if you also have acne or irregular cycles — testosterone, DHEA-S and SHBG.

Ask for the actual numbers rather than the word 'normal'. A result at the very bottom of a range and one in the middle are different situations, and only one of them gets described to you differently.

Some causes of hair loss need diagnosis and medical treatment rather than a supplement. You deserve to know which one you are dealing with. We wrote a guide to what to ask for.

Is it safe?

Saede is a food supplement made in an EU facility to Good Manufacturing Practice standards, and every batch will be tested by an independent laboratory. Every dose is kept inside EU maximum permitted levels — the vitamin D, selenium and zinc all sit well under their legal ceilings, which is deliberate rather than incidental.

That said: safe in general is not the same as safe for you. If you are pregnant, trying to conceive, breastfeeding, taking any prescribed medication — particularly hormonal contraception, thyroid medication or anything affecting blood sugar — or if you have a diagnosed condition, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before you start. Bring the ingredient list with you. That is what it is published for.

The powder contains marine collagen, which is a fish allergen, so it is not suitable if you have a fish allergy and it is not vegan.

How does the membership work, and how do I cancel?

Your Saede arrives every 28 days. The membership runs for a minimum of three deliveries, because that is the shortest course that can honestly do anything, and this is stated clearly at checkout before you pay.

After those first three deliveries you can pause, reschedule or cancel at any time, from your account, in two clicks. No phone call, no form, no retention script, and no offer sitting between you and the button.

We wrote a whole page about how cancelling works so you can read it before you ever give us a card, rather than discovering it afterwards.

What actually makes Saede different?

The amounts, and the fact that we publish them. Most things in this category list good ingredients in quantities too small to matter, because a long label sells and a full dose costs more to make. Twenty ingredients, every amount on the site.

Saw palmetto at 320 mg. Pumpkin seed oil at 400 mg. Ashwagandha at 600 mg. Myo-inositol at 4 g. Those are the amounts used in the research, and they are written into our manufacturing specification so the formula stays what we say it is.

And honesty about the parts that are less flattering. Our ingredients page says openly where the research is still thin, and where a study was done in men rather than women.

There is always hope.

If you have spent years being told nothing is wrong, and you are tired of being the only one who believes you — start here.

Saede is a food supplement. It is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle, and it is not a substitute for medical care. If you are losing your hair, please also see a doctor and get your blood tested. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, speak to a healthcare professional before starting.
