Your account

Everything you need, including the door out.

Pause it, move it, change it or cancel it. From your account, in a couple of clicks, without speaking to anyone.

Why this page exists at all

Most subscription brands make cancelling deliberately awkward. A buried link. A form. A phone call during office hours. Three screens of offers before the button appears.

It works, commercially. It is also a quiet admission that the product cannot hold people on its own — and it is the sort of thing that makes women who are already exhausted feel trapped by something they bought to help themselves.

So we built the account around leaving. If Saede is not working for you, or the timing is wrong, or money is tight this month, you should be able to stop in a few seconds and think no more about it.

A brand that has to trap you is telling you something about its product.

Manage

What you can do, and how long it takes.

What we will never do to keep you.

  • No phone call, no live chat queue, and no form to fill in before you can cancel.
  • No countdown offers or discount pop-ups between you and the cancel button.
  • No asking you to confirm three times, and no dark pattern where the cancel button is the pale one.
  • No quiet price rise. If your price ever changes, we email you first, with time to leave.
  • No re-subscribing you because you bought something else later.

Before you go

One thing worth knowing if you are cancelling early.

We are not going to try to talk you out of it, and there is no offer waiting on the next screen. But there is one fact that belongs here rather than in a retention email.

If you are stopping around month two or three because you cannot see a change yet: that is expected, and it is the single most common reason women conclude nothing works. Hair grows on a cycle, and the first visible signs generally arrive around three months. We say this on the how it works page too, and we would say it even if you had already cancelled.

If you are stopping for any other reason — cost, side effects, a doctor's advice, or simply that it is not for you — then go, with our blessing, and thank you for trying.

Saede has not launched.

There are no accounts to log into yet. This page is here so you can see exactly how the membership will work — and how easily you will be able to leave it — before you ever give us a card.

We would rather you read this page first than discover it afterwards.

Saede is a food supplement. It is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle, and it is not a substitute for medical care. If you are losing your hair, please also see a doctor and get your blood tested. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, speak to a healthcare professional before starting.
