Saede exists partly because our founder spent years ordering supplements from another continent. Making this easy in Europe is personal.

Across the European Union. Because the products are made in the EU, there are no customs charges or import duties waiting for you on the doorstep.
Cost and timing

Your 14-day right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you are withdrawing from the contract, without giving a reason. Email hello@saede.eu and we will tell you what to do next.
If something arrives damaged or wrong
Email us with a photograph and we will replace it. We are not going to make you argue for that.
