What we collect, and what we will never do with it.

The short version

We collect what we need to send you your order, run your membership and reply to you. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. Health information you tell us — your symptoms, your results, anything you post in the community — is treated as the sensitive information it is.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, at hello@saede.eu, and we will do it.

What we collect

• Order and account information — name, delivery address, email, order history. Needed to send you things.

• Payment information — handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

• Health information you choose to give us — anything you share for your personalised protocol, or in the community. Under the GDPR this is a special category of personal data, and we treat it accordingly. You are never required to give it to buy anything.

• Basic website analytics — so we know which pages are useful.

What we will never do

We will never sell your data. We will never share your health information with advertisers or data brokers. We will never use what you told us about your symptoms to target you with advertising.

Your rights under the GDPR

You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, take it elsewhere, and object to processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@saede.eu. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

The following must be added before launch: the identity of the data controller and its registered address; the specific lawful basis for each processing purpose; retention periods; the named list of processors (payment, fulfilment, email, analytics, community platform); any transfers outside the EU and their safeguards; and the cookie policy with the consent mechanism. The company registration country is not yet decided, which affects the lead supervisory authority named here.
