Subscription terms
What you are agreeing to, stated before you pay.
If any of this is a surprise to you later, we have failed at the one thing this brand is supposed to be about.
Draft. DRAFT — NOT LEGAL TEXT. Written as a plain-language starting point so the page exists and reads in Saede's voice. It must be reviewed and completed by a qualified lawyer for the EU market before launch. Company registration country is not yet decided (leaning Spain), and several clauses depend on that.
The commitment
Saede membership runs for a minimum of three deliveries, then continues every 28 days until you cancel.
We ask for three because one month cannot honestly do anything measurable, and we would rather ask for the full course than take your money for a bottle we know is too short to help. This is explained on the how it works page, and stated again at checkout before you pay.
What you pay, and when
PLACEHOLDER — membership price per delivery, and the total payable across the three-delivery minimum. Both must be shown at checkout before payment.
You are charged on each delivery date, every 28 days. We email you before every renewal with enough notice to skip it.
Pausing, changing and cancelling
After your first three deliveries you can pause, reschedule or cancel at any time, from your account, in a couple of clicks.
No phone call. No form. No retention script asking whether you are sure. If you want to leave, we are not going to make it difficult — a brand that has to trap people is telling you something about its product.
Cancelling stops future deliveries. It does not refund deliveries already sent.
Your statutory rights
The 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law applies to your first order and sits on top of everything above. Nothing here removes it.
PLACEHOLDER — to be completed by a lawyer
Exact renewal notice periods, the mechanics of the minimum term against the statutory withdrawal right, price-change notification terms, and failed-payment handling. This page in particular needs professional review: minimum-term subscriptions are closely regulated in the EU and rules vary by member state.
Saede is a food supplement. It is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle, and it is not a substitute for medical care. If you are losing your hair, please also see a doctor and get your blood tested. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, speak to a healthcare professional before starting.
