The quiet work
Your body starts filling in what it has been short of. The first thing most women notice is less hair in the brush and in the shower — a small change, but a real one, and usually the earliest sign that something is shifting.
How it works
Hair grows on its own schedule. Here is honestly what to expect, and how to get the most out of the months ahead.
Hair grows on a cycle. Each follicle spends years growing, then a short while resting, then it sheds and begins again. At any moment most of your hair is growing and a small share is resting.
When something disrupts that — stress, a hormonal shift, a nutrient your body has run short of — more follicles move into the resting phase than usually would. You do not see it straight away. You see it weeks or months later, in the shower.
That delay works in both directions, and it is the reassuring part: it means change is already happening underneath well before it shows in the mirror.
The timeline
Hair grows on its own schedule, and the women who see a change are the ones who stay with it. Here is what that usually looks like.

Around three months is when the first change usually shows: fine new hairs coming through along the parting and the hairline. They are soft and easy to miss at first — which is why it is worth taking a photo at the start, so you have something honest to compare against.
By six months there is usually something you can genuinely see, and something other people notice too. Staying with it is what protects it — the roots we are working on do not disappear, so neither does the support.
This is why Saede is built as a system rather than a single bottle.
Give it the full course. That is when it works, and it is the most useful thing we can tell you.
Getting the most out of it
Saede is support. It sits on top of the basics rather than in place of them, and it will never do the work of a full, nourishing diet — nothing in a capsule can.
The things that make the biggest difference alongside it are the simple ones: more protein, less sugar, movement you enjoy, regular sleep and rest, and — the hardest of all — slowing down a little. Not a list to feel guilty about. Just the ground this stands on.
Members get the full briefing on all of it: the longer version, with the reasoning and the evidence gone through properly.
That is when it works. Membership is built around the three-month minimum for exactly this reason.
Saede is a food supplement. It is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle, and it is not a substitute for medical care. If you are losing your hair, please also see a doctor and get your blood tested. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, speak to a healthcare professional before starting.
